      In my experience... -Good environment for learning IT support and troubleshooting skills -Supportive team and helpful colleagues -Hands-on experience with real user issues and ticket handling -Opportunity to improve communication and customer service skills -Exposure to basic IT tools and processes used in support operations

      Inconvénients

      Limited pantry options since only water and coffee are available, but overall the working environment is still good.

      Great opportunity for growth and starting to build career in this industry.

      Inconvénients

      RPO was undervalued. The potential of RPO was overthrown. The management doesn't even know how to properly invest in this service. Pay was too low for specialist position.
