Avantages

Some middle managers and individual contributors are excellent and work incredibly hard. However, if you aren’t part of the leadership inner circle or don’t have a close relationship with senior leaders (for example, the CCO), you can quickly find yourself sidelined or under undue pressure.

Inconvénients

My experience at this company was extremely challenging. While some managers were supportive, the overall culture is toxic, with a lack of accountability from leadership and pervasive bias across teams. There is little support for employees who raise concerns, and HR often does not provide a safe or reliable avenue for reporting serious issues. This makes it difficult for anyone facing harassment or discrimination to feel protected or heard. The product and service delivery are misaligned with what is promised to clients, creating stress for account and client-facing roles. Commission schemes and career progression often feel arbitrary, and opportunities are typically reserved for those within internal networks. There is little office culture or team camaraderie to offset these pressures, which adds to the overall sense of isolation. In short, the company’s environment is high-pressure, under-supported, and often demoralizing. Employees are expected to navigate systemic issues, biases, and cultural shortcomings largely on their own. Without significant structural and cultural change, it is difficult to thrive here.
