Avantages
It's was a pay check & a the commute was decent. I made a few good friends along the way. Not much else good to say.
Inconvénients
Ocwen is a sweat shop. Ocwen does NOT value it's employees. Ocwen is cheap, unless you are upper management. Ocwen rarely promotes from within. Ocwen 's technology is archaic, cumbersome & ineffective. Beware if you are thinking about applying for a job at Ocwen...Ocwen will hire a bunch of people, run you in the ground and then "layoff" a bunch of people 1 to 2 years later without warning. Do a search on Ocwen to see what customers have to say.
