Swiss Post fired or got to leave the company about one third of it in the last year, including many managers, It's going downhill ever since, many employees are fed up and the productivity has dropped precipitously. Nowadays many teams avoid doing anything that requires a little bit of effort, unless it's critical or mandatory. The management doesn't care about the current employess, that's why they decided not to pay a bonus this year. They promised a bonus for next year, but it seems unlikely that Swiss Post will allow it, especially when most of the companies in Swiss Post Digital continue to lose money and Open Systems is one of the few (still) earning money, there is the rumor that they decided that no bonus will be paid for two years. I would like to believe that the company still has a bright future but it's becoming harder and harder to believe that each month, and the lies of the management don't help, most don't trust them.
