Avantages
Everybody's super friendly. The company really seems to care about its employees' well-being by providing free gym, snacks and flexible time schedule, free staff house for us non-locals, and other benefits; not to mention they can offer competitive pay.
Inconvénients
For new hires, the process of understanding the whole development workflow to be able to continue on your own might not be the most welcoming experience. They might give you tasks which require you to have knowledge with the technical aspect of the software which a new-hire doesn't have in the first place. The documentation's still being ironed out, so one has to really dig into scattered and possibly outdated documentations and interact with the people around, all of whom are very approachable fortunately.
