OpenSesame actively invests in their employees (professional development and otherwise) and strives to grow and promote from within, I've always felt supported in making improvements and growing in my career. -Everyone is on the same page to improve a product or an experience and collaborate for a solution, there is very little arguing and most time is spent truly solving problems or doing our jobs. -Everyone works very hard while they are at work, but the work life balance is still excellent and work days are productive. -OpenSesame is constantly striving to improve the product and develop new features to stay competitive and stay ahead.
