Transport is OK, Luas, buses etc. There are some decent people there.
Inconvénients
The CEO and his morally bankrupt HR department promote a dog eat dog culture by forcing people to re-apply for their own jobs on inferior terms, or else face redundancy with a minimal payment. The bonuses they mention in job specs are hardly ever paid. You will not be paid if you are sick more than 5 days a year. And even then they harass you to prove that you were really sick. The toilets are disgusting, but rather than doing anything the facilities people just blame the staff. If you are thinking of taking a job make sure that you start on a really high salary because pay increases are rare. If you work your butt off you may get 2%. To get a promotion you need to be already working at that level for ages, and then the pay increase is a pittance.
