Dishonest and Arrogant - Avis employé Sales Openprovider

We understand the frustration of this salesperson. He worked for almost a year on a new venture (not in Openprovider itself) and was not able to close any deal. He was enthusiastic and hardworking but not the right person in the right place in the right time. We try to avoid hiring mistakes, but we make them now and then. Not his fault and probably in a different company in a different position he would be very successful. I don´t think we mistreated him, but we can understand that he was frustrated when we had to let him go.
