      Avantages

      The Company has a tremendous "at bat" in an interesting space and fast growing emerging markets.

      Inconvénients

      The Company has split personalities between Oslo (browser) and San Mateo (adtech). Leadership is tactical rather than strategic and as a result the Company has a hard time being decisive and making bold moves.

      Avantages

      Truly international in scope and reach, with a mostly HR-centric culture that values employees and delivers management training and feedback well. Nice offices, especially in Norway, and a collaborative and open culture with very little finger-pointing. Lots to do, and many resources with which to do it.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes a little too European and slow-moving, particularly with regard to setting a direction and sticking to it and/or not shedding unpromising programs or projects quickly enough.
