      There used to be some.

      Inconvénients

      Given false statements around the financial security of the business, only to lay off most US employees just a few weeks into COVID. CEO is all over the place with vision and management style, and it trickles down the entire org. A lot of work for little reward, both in terms of compensation and appreciation.

      Thank you for the feedback. Building a startup is difficult. OpsRamp faces the typical challenges of a fast-paced environment and the company continues to build and improve the features for its world class products. We acknowledge during the process some team members are affected. Under the CEO’s leadership, we have now identified where the company focus lies and are investing to build the engineering and product management teams to achieve our goal.       Avantages

      I learned so many great principles during my time with OpsRamp. Working with PM, other members in the design team, and dev. I will hold onto that for the rest of my career. Miss working with a number of these talented folks/friends. The only reason I left was to work at a startup with an old co-worker as a director.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes we had multiple projects going on at a time. This was hard at times to keep focus but also kept it fresh for our team so it's a double-edged sword. I preferred more work and we did some innovative things with our design system and processes we created.

      Thank you for the candid positive feedback. As you rightly stated, it's a double-edged sword when having multiple projects as we keep up being innovative. The pandemic has changed the way we work. We embrace the remote workforce since 65% of our employees are remote. We appreciate your encouraging words. We wish you all the best in your new endeavor!
