Avantages
Great health, dental, and life insurance benefits and other perks such as access to free mental health services, discounts, and PTO. Amazing company culture.
Inconvénients
PTO was about 2 weeks per year which is not enough and you had to accumulate it over time. salary is not really fair due to the extended amount of additional work responsibilities. Salary barely meets living standards. Also, barely any opportunities for promotions at all. Many colleagues were gossiping a lot and talked behind people's backs which creates a bad team environment.
