Overworked, under appreciated . The pay seems good at first but they do not provide sickpay or any other good company benefits. Domineering unqualified management who not only undermine healthcare professionals but also only care about stats and money and not patient care. The amount of money made in the day is top priority and surgical staff are treated like Robots with long hours, minimal breaks (literally the legal requirement if you are lucky) and pushed to their limits.
