      I had recently joined the organisation and it has a healthy work environment with great enthusiasm. Helpful and supportive manager. Guides you in every possible way they can. WFH feasibility so that we can manage work and life

      Inconvénients

      Desk time I feel like the micro management that too because it's WFH.

      Compensations & Hours: Offered a very low hike. Required 4:00 AM shifts to support Australian clients.Micro-management: Extremely strict time-tracking policies where 2 minutes of mouse inactivity is marked as idle time. Requires redundant, manual monthly Excel work logs.Job Insecurity: Laid off after six months without any bench period or alternative project placement because the client account ended. Overall, a poorly managed company with stressful policies. Avoid.
