      Some perks and ok salary. But rarely hear people hitting their targets.

      Inconvénients

      Poor culture. Poor managment. High stress low reward. Turn over of staff is massive. about 40% of staff left in 6 months. Me included. Great on the outside. Terrible on the inside

      It is unfortunate to hear of your experience. We went through a transition when Optimizely was acquired and are going through a massive transformation. We are excited about the future. Leadership at Optimizely is ranked very favorable at a company level in our latest pulse check and we will continue to monitor.

      - Dismissive promotion culture - Pay is mediocre; employees with more senior titles making the same as less senior employees - Poor career advancement and recognition - Lack of career guidance, support, and proper feedback - “Pull your socks up” mentality with little clarity into promotion opportunity - “You should be grateful to work here” culture
