      Optimizely has great solutions to help organizations deliver excellent digital experiences. The product and solution architecture teams have significant tenure and the whole company is maniacally focused on customer success. Optimizely has focused leadership team and a world class CEO who is very accessible to employees, partners, and customers.

      Inconvénients

      No cons to report, however, a healthy dose of accountability, humility and resilience are required to succeed.

      - Dismissive promotion culture - Pay is mediocre; employees with more senior titles making the same as less senior employees - Poor career advancement and recognition - Lack of career guidance, support, and proper feedback - “Pull your socks up” mentality with little clarity into promotion opportunity - “You should be grateful to work here” culture
