      Inconvénients

      Job insecurity is the only con here. Recently two of my colleagues get sacked. The layoff is happening a lot in Bangladesh and also in other countries and without proper transparency and information, it’s frightening and alarming. We just get a prior call and there we get a list of people terminated and no one cares to tell the exact reasoning.

It's important to note that less than 2% of our workforce was affected, and we remain committed to supporting them through this transition.
