Avantages
I like the joining salary they give good. Working on client project decent work life balance they have. Becos of client project work satisfaction also there as good skills needed to do. But Salary increments are very poor compared to other consultancy companies.
Inconvénients
No communication from the payroll company after project start. No training programs given by company. If you ask means they will tell pay you yourself. They say they have lot of clients but no project done by them. They just put people. SO when you ask new project they may or may not keep you. Depends on immediate project. Else they will direct fire. I have been asked to submit resignation and leave as my project get over next month. When I asked on this inside team tells if I want to get proper relieving letter I must resign. Else they will share termination letter. Work culture is bad. I will tell , for little bit more salary and all don't move to this company.
