Inconvénients
After being away from this company for significant time, I decided to revisit the latest reviews, and frankly, I’m shocked!! Employees are still expressing the same frustrations and pointing out the exact same issues. It makes me wonder: can management not see that there’s a real, persistent problem here? or they pretend that these reviews are not there ? These reviews represent the most honest, unfiltered feedback you’ll find, reflecting genuine employee experiences. Unfortunately, the company’s reputation continues to suffer because these concerns remain unaddressed. From my personal perspective, stepping away from this environment has made a world of difference for me. My mental health has improved significantly since I left, and with it, my overall quality of life, including my relationships and every other aspect that matters. Moreover, I realized that depending on large-scale projects mainly for outsourcing and resource allocation doesn’t provide real experience, and you won’t genuinely learn from these types of projects.
