Avantages

Well paid, always on time, potentially interesting project and tech challenges.

Inconvénients

Chaotic leadership, no guidance, they don't know what they're doing. They're (creepily) idolizing Elon Musk, which probably says more about the management than any words I could use. A lot of people work overtime and have a grind culture... for nothing, just to stay afloat. It's not just the management. I don't think you'll like it there, unless you're one of these grinders that will work 24h for nothing :)

Avantages

It’s a start up, so expect things to change and constantly be figuring out ways to tackle new challenges each day. Direction changes, so everyday is different, but the company gives you the ability to influence and help make changes, and the culture is great! Like any startup, sometimes the days are long, but the exec team really ensures you take time off and re-calibrate. The transparency from the exec team is great.

Inconvénients

Like any startup, remote culture is still being worked on. When scaling and things are constantly changing this isn’t a priority but should be.

Avantages

- Some good and friendly colleagues - Opportunities to learn through challenges (if you can handle the pressure) - Fast-paced environment

Inconvénients

- Very poor work-life balance — unpaid overtime is common and often expected - Low pay compared to the market - A lot of chaos and uncertainty in daily work, which is oddly encouraged by management - Lack of structure or clear processes - Inappropriate jokes and unprofessional behavior from both colleagues and managers - Little motivation or appreciation for effort
