      Very smart people Fast paced, ship quickly Flat structure Highly technical leadership Everyone very switched on

      Inconvénients

      The HFT/D1 team is a bit hard-core, which I like but isn't for everyone. Austin office is quant and engineering heavy. Makes it a bit more quiet than an office with more people and depts.

      Good compensation, collaborative environment. Company also seems to aim to be at forefront of new tech such as AI

      Inconvénients

      When HR mgmt is on record stating things like the company shouldn’t hire females anymore, it really makes you wonder how they make decisions on who should fill management positions
