Avantages
It is carried for a long time by long-serving (long-suffering) colleagues who have grown immune to the behaviors of some of those projecting themselves as leaders. These colleagues are good people who are bought in to the original mission.
Inconvénients
4 star product, 2 star leadership, 1 star cheap tactics & lack of strategy to resolve deep rooted issues. 3 star company overall, maybe sometimes 3.5 when leaders with values & emotional intelligence deliver. Potential to have been so much more. Just because we have a good product that was handed to you, does not mean that you are a good company to work for. Do not confuse the two.
