They waste your 2 years of potential and then break the promise of onboarding grads as professionals. Additionally, they cut your tree of growth as its quite hard to find a corporate job in this market when the only professional experience youve had is a graduate program. They couldnt care less, and make you do work above your grade only to abandon you and not the mentorship and employment oppurtunities that are promised.
