      1. Higher management and leadership is manipulating and dominating 2. Project managers required manageing skills 3. Deliverables are on priority from managers. It can be on the cost of employee health. 4. No work life balance. 5. No benifits if you are working on weekends. (not even coffee).

      Job security and stability. Not much layoffs happen. Good retirement company for not suitable for youngsters.

      No good pay. No technical growth.
