      Avantages

      Nice mixity between young and older person. No supervision, so u are totally in charge of your fonction, nice place for a semi debutant or someone at the end of his career.

      Inconvénients

      No work-life balance be ready to work overtime without getting paid, no training, really bad equipment, low salary

      a challenging company that grows fast and allow people to have a career

      since it is a company that grows really fast sometimes on the IT area the it system are late compared with the growth
