      - Team is switched on and great at their job pushing you to lift your own standards. - The support you can receive is second to none, everyone is willing to help and share their knowledge even if it isn't directly related to your role. - Managers are always there for support but give you self autonomy to drive and take ownership of your work. - Flexible working arrangements and working from anywhere perks - Social company culture

      Inconvénients

      - As mentioned if you are not self driven and accountable of your own work it will be hard to fit in here.
