Inconvénients
Working at this company is tantamount to professional suicide. Lack of autonomy/micro management of the minutia together with the complete lack of upward mobility or maket-rate compensation makes this company an awful place to work. The upper management believes that everyone is replaceable and does nothing to retain good, hard working employees.
