      Avantages

      Love so many of the people; at one point the culture was amazing with the entire company being trained on creating the culture but then change (again) occurred; very fair compensation - better than many other companies.

      Inconvénients

      Change can also be bad and unfortunately Orthofix experienced quite a bit of bad with upper management changes and lacking of strategy consistencies.

      Avantages

      Supportive culture, great people, lovely locations, great sales teams, patient focus, and the genuine desire to be better. Your role could be great, or awful depending on the team.

      Inconvénients

      Executives throw spaghetti at the wall while no one else is on the same page.
