You have an owner that has no business running a business. He has zero people management skills and doesn't know the first thing about customer service. Vice presidents are no better. Just overpaid dead weight. HR manager-CFO has zero people skills. Runs her department based on mental and yes sometimes physical abuse. If you have any issues you may as well keep them bottled up to yourself. An unhinged general superintendent that gets his way by yelling like a maniac and abusing his employees. Classic case of clowns running the circus. Toxic work environment is definitely an understatement.
