      Avantages

      Small team, independent work, great supervisor, learning environment, caring staff, friendly, and team bonding activities. The team supervisor and CEO all help find everyone's strengths and empowers the team to do our best.

      Inconvénients

      Case management always has a lot of paperwork and deadlines. Make sure you can meet these! Difficult cases that may require extra time and resources. Don't be afraid to ask the team for help!
