      Avantages

      the people you work with are nice, friendly work environment. Downtime to study and get certifications

      Inconvénients

      Some of the work you do can be extremely hard on your body. Lots of lifting, sweating, reaching. Not compensated fairly for the work you do. Need better program or more organized structure for entry level people. Can only advance if you are family. Can drive constantly and far at times depending on the project.

      Inconvénients

      The company is growing so lots of items are in flux, for engineers that seek something cut and dry with little variation this may prove to be a challenge.

      ultimately not a bad place to work. the pay is decent, the people are pretty nice. it was definitely an average work experience.

      Inconvénients

      high turn-over, mostly junior level engineers, poor communication
