      -Pep provides great benefits (Medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, etc) -Pep values balance between home life and work life -Good project management experience

      Inconvénients

      -Pep salaries are not competitive enough -Opportunity to advance quickly through the company but once you've reached a Supervisor level there is not much room for further growth
