      Commission structure is a joke. Anywhere from .5% to 1.5% depending on margin. $100,000 job at 50% margin = $500 commission on $50,000 haha And they’ll split that into 2 parts. $250 when the customer pays their deposit, and the next $250 when the materials are shipped which’ll be 5 weeks to 18 weeks away. $500 on $50,000 folks.

      Avantages

      Company culture is amazing. I loved the energy of everyone and the ability to workout on lunch breaks. Everyone championed one another and all had a shared love for the sports industry. Creatively, there was a lot of freedom which allowed for a lot of growth and experimentation with the branding.

      Inconvénients

      Don't have many cons! It could feel a bit slow at times, but allowed for more time to dedicate towards strategizing.
