      Avantages

      Had decent housing but allowed smoking inside.

      Inconvénients

      Obvious favoritism. Didn't care that I was sick and needed to go to the doctor. Refused to send coverage. Terrible work-life balance. Cancelled days off.

      Avantages

      Excellent management, excellent support system when out on a job, good pay incentives and benefits. Good training, and they give you the tools and support to be able to succeed on the job.

      Inconvénients

      12 hour shifts, might be far from home. But that is to be expected in this line of work.
