Avantages
• There are some great people at POSSIBLE
• Fun company activities especially if you like drinking
• Decent work/life balance
• They've managed to convince everyone in Seattle that they're the best place to work
Inconvénients
I've never worked for a company that tries so hard to convey that they're different and that they care about their employees, but then their actions tell a completely different story. Have some integrity.
• No employee-training
• No clear process given on how to get a raise or a promotion - vague answers by HR seem to be a run-around
• Management is very inconsistent - people who are too young or have played politics in a way that only benefits themselves and not the careers they manage
• There are the chosen few who have become the darlings of management and then the rest of the POSSIBLE folks who slug along until they figure out the game they can't win
• Near cult-like mentality around company events, company meetings and company culture that masks what people aren't getting out of the company in terms of career growth
• Many promises made but none kept
