      Inconvénients

      The organization has operations in 5 states and projects in another 3 or 4 states. Most employees have some element of travel in their regularly scheduled work, and some have a good deal of travel required in their roles.

      Avantages

      I have worked for the company for almost 3 years and have been promoted one time. I think the salary is competitive, the benefits are great, and the company really cares about learning and development. Work life balance is also great compared to my previous jobs. I also love the culture- everyone has been great to work with so far and it has the feel of a family atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Very busy schedule, but it is manageable. There have been a lot of changes in the last two years with new system rollouts and staff changes, so trying to manage all of the change has been tough.
