Perspective commerciale
Avantages
PPD is a great place to work and to gain experience in the CRO business. Employees are always allowed to leave early the day before a long weekend holiday. The Employee Stock Purchase Program was a nice perk. Casual attire on Fridays. Good medical, dental, and vision package.
Inconvénients
Executive Management seems to allow limited information to company employees. As with most CRO's, the company depends on the business of pharmaceutical companies. So when pharma cuts back, the CRO business has to make cuts as well.
