Just get used to hearing the phrase "Because we've always done it this way" - Avis employé IT Engineer PPL

Aimless, ego stroking, and largely incompetent middle management is crippling this company. Directions are often chosen by people that are simply not in touch with reality, most of the infrastructure management there is comprised of IT guys that used to "do IT" 25+ years ago and are stuck in that mentality.
