      Avantages

      People that I met here are great, but you need to act fast if not they will leave within months.

      Inconvénients

      Management is incompetent, toxic, playing with on governance, do whatever that brings money and doesn't understand risk of running this business. The exco who are mainly sitting in the UK think other locations in Europe are toxic and want to close all of them.

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Inconvénients

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
