      Cannot speak to other departments, but the relevant middle management for software engineering is fair, just and a stand-up person.

      Inconvénients

      None, other than a move away from C++ to Kotlin, maybe.

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Inconvénients

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
