      Avantages

      I have been very well received since my first day at Ppro, I feel that it is a company that truly cares about its employees, always looking for different ways to keep us engaged.

      Inconvénients

      We have to go to the office 3 days a week, which causes us more fatigue and less productivity due to the time spent in transportation

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      Avantages

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Inconvénients

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
