      Avantages

      They have good clients. They have weekends off if there's no work. They function out of an IT park as opposed to their previous setup which was in a 100 yr old building near a garbage yard. Colleagues are sweet.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible SR management Low salaries inspite of good turnover.. my watchman earns more than me Very rude CEOs Very very judgemental because they think Indians are below them They think they are doing social service and that's why they are allowed to pay less

      Avantages

      1. Strict Adherence to time, making people realise its value 2. Professionalism - Starters learn the professionalism 3. Projects and execution in high pressure makes you market ready 4. Recognition for your work 5. CEOs are real teachers they do encourage alot for you to become a team player as well as an IC

      Inconvénients

      1. Salary was far too less but that should not be a concern for a learner as it will grow in time and they do pay 2. Project execution of most clients were done in waterfall manner while few were following scrum. 3. No epf, health insurace whatsoever so gives a late start in your pf journeys
