      Avantages

      Owners are good. You will learn 10 times more than that of MNCs. Salary structure is now improving because of new HR. Free environment.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership on high posts ( excluding bosses). Transparency is not followed by the middle layer which causing a loss for the company. Unnecessary positions such as leaders who are not even able to speak English fluently.

      Avantages

      1. Strict Adherence to time, making people realise its value 2. Professionalism - Starters learn the professionalism 3. Projects and execution in high pressure makes you market ready 4. Recognition for your work 5. CEOs are real teachers they do encourage alot for you to become a team player as well as an IC

      Inconvénients

      1. Salary was far too less but that should not be a concern for a learner as it will grow in time and they do pay 2. Project execution of most clients were done in waterfall manner while few were following scrum. 3. No epf, health insurace whatsoever so gives a late start in your pf journeys
