      Avantages

      As a fresher it is good to start a career in PRDXN as they provide training.

      Inconvénients

      For an experienced hire, there are no new learnings, they sometimes give content migration work rather than QA job.

      Avantages

      1. Strict Adherence to time, making people realise its value 2. Professionalism - Starters learn the professionalism 3. Projects and execution in high pressure makes you market ready 4. Recognition for your work 5. CEOs are real teachers they do encourage alot for you to become a team player as well as an IC

      Inconvénients

      1. Salary was far too less but that should not be a concern for a learner as it will grow in time and they do pay 2. Project execution of most clients were done in waterfall manner while few were following scrum. 3. No epf, health insurace whatsoever so gives a late start in your pf journeys
