Great draws and salary. good image and success in the travel and transportation markets. The enterprise market doesn't care. They have nothing that differentiates.
Inconvénients
PROS is a train wreck! They pay well but leadership is the most ineffective I have ever been associated with. They lost the only Enterprise software sale executive, their SVP of Sales because he saw the writing on the wall. Don;t makle your numbers in North America? Change the messaging so you buy time with the investors...not happy with sales results, add hours of internal paperwork to inform executives that have no clue and in fact =, their impact is to ruin, delay or minimize the opportunities they are asked to help. You can't expect "parts pushers" to understand enterprise software sales but I guess buying PROS makes you an expert on selling Pros. N O T Territory's are a mess...Lets get the most inexperienced to choose accounts that have no possibility of success...treat the prospects like idiots, demean their requirements as unimportant and spend hour after hour trying to get resources aligned to the campaign and watch them do it their way anyway and fail over and over
