      - Decent work-life flexibility. - An attempt at creating SOPs and proper structures has been made.

      Inconvénients

      - Still very early in developing SOP and proper structures, so still lots of division and procedures still not very clear. - Could further better support families with newborns. - Work-life flexibility kept getting reduced post-COVID.
