Avantages
Good benefits package, including generous vacation time. CEO is down to earth and overall approachable. Mission and Values are great on paper, but not necessarily being followed by all. Growing company. Nice facilities. Recent Leadership Institute may help with previous reviews about bad management. Wellness initiatives. Good reputation in the industry. Employee meetings give a great visual of financials.
Inconvénients
Leadership a bit top heavy and they are not all "rowing in the same direction" so to speak. Previous reviews are accurate, there is negativity in all areas and it is allowed by management. Instances of Executives throwing teams under a bus to save face. The work gets piled on to those who take it on, and there is not much monetary recognition for your efforts. It appears they do not pay according to workload and it does not seem appealing to move up the ladder due to work and stress. Many teams at odds and are not reminded that they are one team working toward common goal. Some favorites are allowed to not work as hard or not even show up consistently. HR is slow to pick the employees out that need to go that are poison to the environment, and this includes some upper management. So much stress its bad for health. There is still some "good ole' boy" mentality going on with certain managers' hiring practices. No longer premier company work for due to toxicity and stress. Most line staff are doing the best they can to keep up, but at a larger cost to job satisfaction and health.
