Career growth is not good when you have a boss who only notices negativity. -most of the time you will have to DO OVERTIMES... manager will be happy seeing you doing OT.... BUT WHEN YOU GET SICK THEY DONT CARE AND THEY WILL DOUBT YOU. -EMPLOYEES ARE RESIGNING BECAUSE OF LACK AND POOR MANAGEMENT
