      Management is delusional, ventilation sucks so very hot during the summer, don’t expect to have a good work/life balance

      Avantages

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Inconvénients

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
