      Company has been around for a long time They try not to lay people off when times are hard Vary laid back management

      Inconvénients

      No room for growth Money is capped off No praise from management Good ol boys club General Manager is very cheap

      Avantages

      Good Profit Sharing if Company is doing well. Health Insurance is ok. Dental and Eye $800.00 a year each.

      Inconvénients

      - Management is very Authoritarian. - The only place I've worked where writing up people is discussed. Felt like middle school. - Office is a beat up old trailer with rotting floors and no running water. - Need to walk through cold and rain to go to restroom. - No building maintenance. Never shovel or salt walkways and stairs. - Restrooms are disgusting. Cleaned once a week. - Pay is subpar. - Plant is a dark dingy place.
