      Avantages

      The managements and the founders are deeply committed to delivering value and quality to the clients and instill these values in all the employees. My compensation is atleast partly linked to my performance and the overall performance of the company. The company seems to be extremely customer centric and value driven. The atmosphere for employees is casual and cordial and it seems like a fun place to work. I hope it stays this way.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of at the moment except maybe faster computers and internet.

      Avantages

      Some editors were capable and helpful but they left due to payment/growth issues.

      Inconvénients

      The work culture is rife with bad office politics. Senior employees try to micromanage and underpay. Worst of all, friendships in office are ostensibly discouraged through various policy and cultural aspects.
